Art. 1 All orders imply the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Art.2 Our prices are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Art. 3 Our prices are per recipient. In the event of absence or impossibility of delivering the parcel, or in the event of an incorrect address, the price of the delivery will be invoiced.
Art. 4 Any waiting time will be billed at the current rate.
Art. 6 Invoices are issued at the end of each month and are payable on receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any invoice not paid by the due date will generate a fixed annual interest rate of 12% and will be increased by 15% with a minimum of €49.58 as damages, all without formal notice.
Art. 7 The sender guarantees that the nature of the parcels complies with the laws of the countries concerned and that the parcels are packaged to ensure damage-free transport.
Art. 8 The sender guarantees that the customs laws and regulations of the countries concerned are respected. S.A. Alpha can in no way be held responsible for failure to comply with customs formalities or for the undervaluation of market values.
Art. 9 Each transport agreement, even in the case of national transport, is subject to the conditions of the cmr agreement.
Art. 10 S.A. Alpha drivers will refuse to transport hazardous materials.
Art. 11 S.a. Alpha drivers will refuse to transport packages that are clearly contrary to public morality and order.
Art. 12 S.A. alpha reserves the right to choose the route of subcontractors for deliveries. Our liability shall never exceed that of the subcontractors.
Art. 13 Alpha declines all responsibility for the insolvency of your customers.
